How to Cancel a Pending Order
If you need to cancel an order that hasn't been executed yet, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Home tab in the dub app
- Tap the Activity (lightning bolt icon) section to view your recent orders
- Find the pending order you wish to cancel
- Tap the order to view its details
- Select the Cancel Order option
- Confirm your cancellation
Order Execution Timing
During Market Hours (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM ET, Monday-Friday)
- Orders submitted during market hours typically execute immediately
- Portfolio creations, investments, and sales process right away
- Rebalancing requests are processed in real-time
Outside Market Hours
- Orders placed outside market hours are queued for execution at the next market open
- You may see "Pending" status on orders placed after hours
- Weekend and holiday orders will execute on the next trading day
