By electing to auto-copy a portfolio through the dub platform, you authorize dub Financial, LLC (“Broker-Dealer”) to execute securities transactions in your brokerage account strictly in accordance with the portfolio signals generated by the portfolio you have selected to copy.
Execution of Authorized Trades. When you allocate funds to a portfolio and enable auto-copy, you are providing standing, self-directed instructions for the Broker-Dealer to execute trades that correspond to the securities, position sizes, and changes reflected in the selected portfolio. All trade instructions originate from the portfolio creator and are executed by the Broker-Dealer pursuant to your authorization to copy that portfolio.
Portfolio Changes and Rebalances. If the portfolio creator modifies the portfolio by adding, removing, or adjusting positions, the Broker-Dealer will execute corresponding transactions in your account to reflect those changes. These transactions occur automatically based solely on your prior authorization to copy the portfolio and do not involve any independent decision-making by the Broker-Dealer.
Customer Control and Notifications. You will receive notifications regarding changes made to the portfolio you are copying. You may disable auto-copy or discontinue copying a portfolio at any time. Upon disabling auto-copy, no further trades will be executed in your account pursuant to that portfolio unless you separately direct such trades.
Role of the Broker-Dealer. The Broker-Dealer’s role is limited to the receipt and execution of trade instructions in accordance with your authorization. The Broker-Dealer does not select securities, determine whether or when trades should occur, determine trade size or price, or exercise judgment over investment strategy. The Broker-Dealer does not provide investment advice or recommendations in connection with auto-copy functionality.
By enabling auto-copy, you acknowledge and agree that transactions will be executed in your account in accordance with the portfolio creator’s signals unless and until you choose to disable this feature.
