Signing In On a New Device
As long as you have access to your registered phone number, you should be able to sign in on any supported device:
- Download the dub app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the app and select "Log In" (not "Sign Up")
- Enter your credentials and complete the verification process
- You should now have full access to your account
If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your account, please refer to our Phone Number Update article for instructions.
Note: Your dub premium subscription will stay associated with the operating device store that you originally signed up with until your subscription expires or is cancelled. This means you'll need to manage your subscription through the original platform (iOS or Android) until switching to the new platform's subscription system
Considerations
- Your portfolio holdings, account history, and settings will automatically transfer between devices
- There's no need to close or recreate your account when switching devices
- Your copied portfolios will continue tracking without interruption
- You may be asked to verify your identity when logging in from a new device as a security measure
