After submitting your request, you'll need to complete our email verification process:
- Send an email to support@dubapp.com from your new email address
- CC your the email address that is associated with your dub account on that email
- Include a brief note confirming you'd like to update your email address
Step 3: Confirmation and Login Update
Once we receive your verification email:
- Our team will update your account with the new email address
- You'll receive a confirmation email at both your old and new addresses
Email Address Security Best Practices
To maintain the security of your dub account, we recommend:
- Using a unique email address that isn't publicly available
- Setting up strong security on your email account, including two-factor authentication
- Reporting any suspicious account activity immediately
- Checking your email regularly for important notifications from dub
