Consent for One-time and Recurring ACH Deposits

Through the dub App, you can effortlessly make a one-time deposit ("One-time Deposit" or "One-time Transfer") or set up recurring deposits ("Recurring Deposits" or "Recurring Transfer") into your dub Account.

By opting for automatic deposit deductions under these ACH Deposit Authorization Terms ("Terms"), you grant explicit authorization to the financial institution holding your Bank Account, identified by the bank routing number ("Financial Institution"). This authorization allows the Financial Institution to facilitate electronic funds transfers and empowers it to follow the directions and instructions of dub on your behalf. dub will charge (or instruct the Financial Institution to charge) your selected Bank Account with an amount corresponding to your chosen One-time Transfer or Recurring Transfer. This charge will be reflected on your Bank Account statement as "DUB (ECFI) ACH."

One-time Deposit: You authorize DASTA Financial, LLC ("dub," "we," "us") to execute a One-time Deposit of the dollar amount you specify from your chosen external checking or savings account ("Bank Account"). This deposit will be made into your selected dub account within two (2) business days.

Recurring Deposit: You authorize dub to perform Recurring Deposits based on the Frequency and Deposit Amount you specify. The "Frequency" denotes the deposit frequency (e.g., biweekly, weekly, monthly) selected when scheduling Recurring Deposits via the dub App. You can modify the Frequency and Deposit Amount ("Deposit Information") at any time through the dub App, with changes taking effect within one (1) business day. Additionally, you authorize dub to continue making electronic debits from your Bank Account in accordance with any such changes.

You acknowledge that, under the federal E-SIGN Act, dub can provide information and required disclosures to you electronically, utilizing electronic records and signatures in your transactions with dub. This Authorization is further subject to the Terms of Use provisions and E-Sign Act Consent you accepted at the time of sign-up with dub.
