Before You Cancel
A few things to know up front:
- Canceling just your subscription stops future charges but doesn't close your dub account. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can still log in and withdraw your funds at any time after canceling.
- Deleting the dub app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app or requesting via customer support to stop future charges.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
From the dub app
- Open the dub app and tap your settings icon (top left of the Home tab).
- Go to Your Account → dub Subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
You can also reach out to our customer support team by submitting a request HERE to request your subscription to be canceled.
Switching Plans Instead of Canceling
If you'd rather change between monthly, quarterly or annual billing instead of canceling, please reach out to our customer support team by submitting a request HERE.

What Happens After You Cancel or Get a Refund
- After canceling: You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then you won't be charged again.
- After a refund: Your subscription is canceled immediately once the refund is processed.
- Your account stays open. Canceling or refunding your subscription does not close your dub brokerage account. To close your account, you'll need to request that separately (see our Account Closure article).
