The dub Platform subscription gives you full access to the dub app. Without an active subscription, you can't use the app's features after completing your application. The dub Platform subscription is offered and billed by DASTA, Inc. — the parent company of dub Financial, LLC (our broker-dealer) and dub Advisors, LLC (our investment adviser).
What's Included?
With an active dub subscription you can:
- Browse and search every portfolio on dub (Portfolio Discovery)
- Copy a portfolio one-time, or turn on Auto-Copy so your portfolio stays in sync as the creator rebalances
- Create and publish your own portfolio
- Access the leaderboard, creator profiles, watchlists, and analytics
- Use dub educational content and AI features
What's not included:
- Brokerage services — provided separately by dub Financial, LLC
- Premium Creator portfolios (managed by dub Advisors, LLC) — these require a separate per-creator subscription
dub Platform Pricing
dub's Platform subscription is available in two billing cycles:
- Monthly: Billed every month
- Annual: Billed once per year (offers savings compared to quarterly billing)
Pricing is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
How to Subscribe to dub
From Settings:
- Tap the account icon in the top left corner of the Home tab
- Tap dub Subscriptions
- Select Monthly or Annual billing
- Choose your payment method and complete payment
You'll see a Subscription Success confirmation once subscribed. Your plan will show as Active under the Your Plan tab in dub Subscriptions.
Managing Your dub Platform Subscription
To view and manage your subscription:
- Tap your account settings icon (top left corner on you home tab)
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to "Subscriptions"
- View all active subscriptions under "Your Plan"
From here you can view your billing frequency, active since date, payment method, and full payment history. To make changes to your plan, tap Contact support to manage plan.
What Happens When You Cancel a dub Platform Subscription
To cancel, go to Settings > dub Subscriptions > Your Plan and tap Cancel Subscription.
When your subscription expires, the following changes take effect:
- All auto-copied portfolios will stop syncing to new trades
- You will no longer be able to copy additional portfolios
- Portfolios you created will remain active but can no longer be rebalanced
- You will no longer be able to create new portfolios
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately after canceling. To resubscribe, go to Settings > dub Subscriptions and tap Resubscribe
Refund Policy
Refunds for dub Plus subscriptions follow these guidelines:
Eligible for Refund:
- Within 14 days of initial subscription purchase
- No portfolio copying activity
Not Eligible for Refund:
- After the 14-day refund eligibility period
- If you've actively copied portfolios during the subscription period
- For partial subscription periods (cancellations mid-cycle)
- If your account has violated dub's Terms of Use
