Refund Policy
dub strives to provide the highest quality copy-trading platform for our users. The refund policy varies based on your device platform:
App Store Purchases (iOS)
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all billing, renewals, and refunds — dub does not have the ability to cancel or refund Apple subscriptions on your behalf. Apple solely controls all refunds on their platform, and dub cannot override their decisions. You'll need to manage your subscription directly through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple within 14 days of purchase
Important: Deleting the dub app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
To request a refund:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
Google Play Store Purchases (Android)
To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Head to their refund request page here
- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Follow the prompt
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in these situations:
- After the eligible refund period has expired
- If there has been significant portfolio copying or trading activity
- For subscriptions canceled mid-term (access continues until the end of the billing period)
- If the account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., multiple ACH returns)
What Happens After Cancellation or Refund
- Cancellation: You'll maintain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Refund: Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund processing
- Account Status: Your dub brokerage account will remain open unless you specifically request closure
