Types of Documents Available

dub provides several types of account documents:

• Monthly Statements: A summary of your account activity for each month, including deposits, withdrawals, trades, and ending balance
• Tax Documents (1099 Forms): Annual tax reporting documents that may include 1099-B (sales proceeds), 1099-DIV (dividends), 1099-INT (interest), and 1099-MISC (miscellaneous income)
• Trade Confirmations: Detailed records of individual buy and sell transactions in your account
   

Accessing Documents Within the App

For open accounts only: To access your tax documents, statements, and trade confirmations in your dub app:

1. Go to Settings by clicking on the user profile button on the top left corner of the dub Home Page
2. Scroll down to Reports
3. Here, you can access any of your statements, tax forms, and/or trade confirmations
    

All users (closed or open accounts) can access documents via our web portal HERE. Just tap Looking For Tax Documents? located at the top right. 
 

Electronic Delivery Settings

Upon onboarding, you signed up for electronic delivery of documents. This means:

• All documents will be available at all times within the app
• Documents will also be delivered to the email address you provided

If the email delivery fails (e.g., incorrect email address, full mailbox), our system may automatically switch to paper mail delivery

• Paper delivery incurs fees: $2 for reach trade confirmation and $5 for each monthly account statement
• To avoid these fees, ensure your email address is current and your mailbox can receive our emails

Document Availability Timeline

• Monthly Statements: Available within 5 business days after month-end
• Tax Documents: Typically available by mid-February 
• Trade Confirmations: Available the business day after trade execution
• Historical Documents: All documents remain available for at least 7 years
