-
- Go to the Apex Clearing website
- Click "Create User ID"
- Click "Next"
- Enter your account ID**
- Answer the security questions
- You should then be taken to your account page where you can access your tax documents
**Your dub account ID can be found on your monthly statements. This information may be required when filing your taxes or communicating with customer support about tax-related matters.
Why You Might Not Receive Tax Documents
You may not receive certain tax documents for a tax year if you:
- Received less than $10 in dividends or interest from holdings in your portfolios
- Didn't have any sell orders executed (either from manually selling positions or from automated rebalances of copied portfolios)
- Total account appreciation was less than $600 for the tax year
If you believe you should have received a tax document but don't see it in your Reports section, please contact customer support.
