dub Financial, LLC ("dub Financial" or "DASTA Financial") is an SEC-registered broker dealer, member FINRA and SIPC. Pursuant to SEC Rule 605 of Regulation NMS, dub Financial publishes monthly reports on the execution quality of covered orders in NMS stocks. These reports are available free of charge below.
About These Reports
Each monthly report contains statistics on how covered orders received by dub Financial were executed during that month, including execution speed, price improvement, and execution prices compared to the prevailing market quotes. Statistics are measured from the time dub Financial receives the order.
dub Financial is an introducing broker dealer that introduces customers to Apex Clearing Corporation ("Apex Clearing") for clearing and carrying services. As described in the DASTA Financial, LLC- Order Routing Disclosure, dub Financial routes held orders to Apex Clearing, which may further route them to execution venues. The statistics in these reports reflect the full execution of those orders, starting from receipt by dub Financial.
Two reports are published each month:
- Summary Report: A summary of execution quality statistics for the month.
- Detailed Report: The full dataset, broken out by security, order type, and order size.
Rule 605 applies only to orders that meet the rule's definition of a covered order. Not all orders placed through the dub App are included.
Rule 605 and Rule 606
These Rule 605 reports cover execution quality. They are separate from the Rule 606 order routing information in the DASTA Financial, LLC- Order Routing Disclosure HERE, which covers where orders are routed.
Monthly Reports
Reports are posted monthly and kept available for three years.
