What investment services and advice can you provide me?

dub Financial is a retail broker dealer that provides its customers with access to an online brokerage platform.

There is not a minimum account size or investment amount required.

Brokerage Services

dub Financial does not offer investment recommendations to retail customers. dub Financial offers you access to products but does not solicit or make securities recommendations as to how you choose to invest your assets. dub Financial does not offer account monitoring.

What fees will I pay?

You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.

You will not be charged any direct fees, however you may be charged for certain irregular services including, but not limited to, a reasonable service fee for the delivery of account communications that would otherwise be delivered to You electronically, ACH reversal fees charged by banking institutions against your account, physical delivery of securities, and the transfer of assets to another broker-dealer.

What are your legal obligations to me when providing recommendations as my broker-dealer? How else does the firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?

Standard of Conduct

We do not provide recommendations. The way we make money creates some conflicts with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the services, we provide you. Here are some examples to help you understand what this means.

dub Financial's business model may present a conflict of interest of which you should be aware. We receive compensation from our services that will impact the cash balance of your account. Please refer to our agreement for further details. Potential conflicts are managed and/or mitigated by dub Financial's senior management.

How do your financial professionals make money?

dub Financial employees are paid on a salaried or per hour basis. No dub Financial employees will earn commissions or other incentives when you invest.

Do you or your financial professionals have legal or disciplinary history?

No, our financial professionals do not have any legal or disciplinary history.
