Canceling Your Free Trial
If you're currently in your one-week free trial period and want to prevent automatic renewal:
From the dub App
- Open the dub app
- Tap in to your settings located at the top right
- Under "Your Account" → "dub Premium"
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription" located at the bottom of the screen
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation
Note: If your subscription trial is through the Apple App Store, Apples Subscription Guidelines states that any subscription cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
Canceling Your Active Subscription
From the dub App
- Open the dub app
- Tap in to your settings located at the top right
- Under "Your Account" → "dub Premium"
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription" located at the bottom of the screen
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation
For iOS Users (Apple App Store)
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on "dub Premium"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your selection
For Android Users (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right
- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on the dub Premium subscription
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
Note: Canceling your subscription will stop future automatic renewals, but you'll still have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Changing Your Subscription Plan
Switching from Annual to Monthly (iOS)
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on "dub Premium"
- Select the "Monthly" option
- Confirm your selection if prompted
Switching from Annual to Monthly (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right
- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on the dub Premium subscription
- Tap "Update" or "Change plan"
- Select the "Monthly" option and confirm
Refund Policy
dub strives to provide the highest quality copy-trading platform for our users. The refund policy varies based on your device platform:
App Store Purchases (iOS)
Apple solely controls all refunds on their platform, and dub cannot override their decisions. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple within 14 days of purchase
To request a refund:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com

Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

Google Play Store Purchases (Android)
To request a refund:

- Open the Google Play Store app
- Head to their refund request page here
- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Follow the prompt
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in these situations:
- After the eligible refund period has expired
- If there has been significant portfolio copying or trading activity
- For subscriptions canceled mid-term (access continues until the end of the billing period)
- If the account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., multiple ACH returns)
What Happens After Cancellation or Refund
- Cancellation: You'll maintain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Refund: Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund processing
- Account Status: Your dub brokerage account will remain open unless you specifically request closure
