Asset-Based Advisory Fee
| For Premium Portfolios offered under the Asset-Based Advisory Fee model, the dub Advisor User pays the Firm an annual fee, expressed as a percentage of the assets allocated within the dub Advisor User’s Brokerage Account to the applicable Premium Portfolio, in consideration of the Firm’s discretionary portfolio management services with respect to that Premium Portfolio. The specific annual Asset-Based Advisory Fee rate applicable to a given Premium Portfolio is disclosed to the dub Advisor User in the dub App prior to the dub Advisor User subscribing to or Copying that Premium Portfolio, and generally ranges from 0% to 2.50% per annum. The applicable rate may differ by Premium Portfolio and may be set, in part, by reference to fees payable to the associated Premium Creator under a separate licensing or revenue-sharing arrangement between such Premium Creator and the Firm or its affiliates. | 0% - 2.5% per annum (per portfolio) |
