If your account has not been opened by the next morning, please check the inbox of the email address you registered with for further instructions from support@dubapp.com.

Document Upload Request

If you are prompted to upload additional documentation, it indicates that we need to verify some details you provided during the onboarding process. Please upload a valid form of identification, such as your driver's license, ensuring that it includes the name and address you registered with. If the address on your identification does not match the address on your account, please also upload a secondary document that verifies your current address.
