Once you submit your application, it will undergo review. Below are the different outcomes and timelines associated with the application review process:
1. Standard Processing: If all the information you provided is verified by dub automatically, you should be able to continue onboarding within 2 minutes (or even sooner) during market hours. Outside of market hours, the review process could happen at the start of the next business day. Refresh the app or tap the "Check Application Status" button to see your application's latest status.
2. Document Upload Triggered: If you are asked to upload an additional form of identification, it means we need to verify your address. When uploading your ID, please ensure it is a form of identification that has your address on it. Passports and Military IDs do not help us verify your physical address. We still manually review these uploads, so approval is not instant and will likely occur within one business day (or less). If the address on the ID does not match the address you submitted in your application, we will ask for additional documentation, such as a utility bill or bank statement, but we still need a copy of your ID uploaded to the app.
3. Pending Status: If your information cannot be verified by dub, you will receive an email from dub Client Services (sent to the email you provided during the application) within a few minutes of submitting your application. The email will contain instructions on what additional documents you must provide to dub. These will be manually approved once you send them in via email.
