Closing Your Account:
1. Ensure all your holdings are sold or liquidated before proceeding with account closure. If you have any remaining holdings, please take this step first, as we cannot close your account until this is completed.
2. Navigate to 'Settings' by tapping on the user profile icon located in the top right corner of the dub Home Page.
3. Scroll down to find the 'Danger Zone' section.
4. Select 'Close Account,' and an email prompt will appear. (Alternatively, you can use the provided 'Account Closure Form' for liquidation and closure.)
5. Upon successful account closure, you will receive a confirmation email from dub Client Services.
6. Please note that once your dub account is closed, reopening it is not an automated process at this time. You will need to contact dub Client Services to initiate the account reopening after closure.
7. Keep in mind that certain data must be retained by dub to comply with relevant federal and state laws and regulations even after account closure.
