To cancel a pending bank transfer:

1. Go to Settings via the user profile button on the top right corner of the dub Home Page.

2. Click on Bank Transfers. If eligible for cancellation, you will be able to select cancel.

3. If the transfer is not eligible for cancellation on dub, please fill out the Inquiry Form.

*To Note: If a deposit fails due to an overdraft condition, your account will be charged a $30 fee. Please ensure you have the funds available in your account from when you place the deposit to when it settles (up to 5 days).
