- The dub App has integrated Instabug for reporting bugs, providing feedback on your user experience and also to contact customer support. Simply shake your phone (or take a screenshot on Android) on the screen where the issue arises!
To reach Customer Support via our website:
- Click on the bottom right-hand icon of a comment bubble in yellow.
- Follow the prompts and a Client Services specialist will send you a message or email with further assistance on your inquiry.
*To Note: We do not have an inbound number for phone support and do not service customers at our office location. One of our customer support specialists will reach out to you via email within 1-2 trading days. Client Services hours are Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm ET. If you submit a ticket outside of this time frame, a specialist will respond the following trading day.
