For updates to your name, SSN, phone number, email address, Risk Score or residential mailing address:

1. Fill out the Inquiry Form.

2. In order to comply with U.S. laws and regulations, some of these updates require verification by dub.

3. Upon form submission, you will receive a response from dub Customer Support within 1-2 trading days with a request for any further required documents in order to help us verify the information to be updated. This will apply to name, SSN, and residential mailing address.
