How do I make a deposit into my dub account?
- Link your bank account through our third-party service provider, Plaid, Inc.* within the app.

- Once linked, you can transfer funds between your bank account and your dub account.
- Enter the total amount to be transferred and tap Submit. You'll receive a prompt in the app confirming the requested deposit.
What are the rules and timelines for deposits?

Instant Buying Power:
- You'll typically receive buying power up to $1,000 instantly.
- For larger amounts, you'll receive buying power equal to your cash transfer on the next business day post-transfer.

Transfer Limits:
- Maximum daily ACH limit (each direction): $50,000
- Maximum single transaction limit: $25,000

Settlement Period:
- In some cases, you may need to wait 5-6 business days for funds to fully settle.
- During this settlement period, you cannot withdraw your funds
- You can always cancel your subscription at any time and still have access to withdraw funds after settlement
- National holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

Bank Account Restrictions:
- Only one bank account can be linked to your dub account
- You must use the same bank account that you deposited from to withdraw to
- You must be the account owner or have your name as the beneficial owner of the account
- You can not use business accounts

Avoiding Reversal Fees:
- Ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account for at least five business days after initiating an ACH deposit.
- This helps prevent transfer reversals (ACH Returns) and the associated $30 per return fee.

Great question. Most likely, you are linking a Chase account that uses OAuth with Plaid. This system creates a new bank account number mask that is seen by dub to prevent us from seeing your actual account number. This is designed to protect and secure your account number when linking through services like Plaid. You can read more about it here.
