Currently, dub is tailored for US permanent residents. We understand that this limitation might be disappointing, and we want you to know that we will eventually work on making dub accessible to more countries once we have established a foothold in the US market.

Traveling Abroad

If you're traveling abroad, here's what you need to know about accessing your dub account:

1. Security Notifications: You may receive additional security verification requests when logging in from a new location. This is a normal security measure to protect your account.
2. Phone Number Access: Your US phone number is a crucial component of your account security and is used for login verification purposes. Ensure your US phone number remains active for verification purposes while traveling. Consider these options:
   • Enable international roaming on your phone plan
   • Use a service like Google Voice to maintain access to SMS verification
   • Set up a US-based virtual number before traveling
3. VPN Considerations: If using a VPN to access your account, be aware that this might trigger additional security measures. We recommend disabling VPN services when accessing your dub account if possible.
4. Login Issues: If you experience difficulties logging in from abroad, try:
   • Ensuring you have a stable internet connection
   • Clearing your browser cache or app cache
   • Waiting a few minutes and trying again
   • Contacting support if issues persist

Restricted Countries

Due to compliance with U.S. regulations, specifically those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as our own risk management policies, dub accounts cannot be accessed from certain countries. If you are traveling to any of the following countries, please be aware that you will not be able to access your dub account while there:

• Belarus
• Cuba
• Iran
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• Russia
• Sudan and South Sudan
• Syria
• Ukraine
