• DASTA Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the performance of any portfolio or the likelihood of earning a prize.
• Winning the Competition is contingent on compliance with all rules and does not guarantee future success in investing.

• By participating, Participants consent to the use of their name, image, and portfolio performance data for promotional purposes without additional compensation, as outlined in the Competition’s terms and conditions.

8. Changes to the Competition

• DASTA Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at its sole discretion. This includes changes to rules, start dates, or prize structures.
