Common Reasons for Bank Link Issues

Name Mismatch
- Your dub account name must match your bank account name
- You cannot use a business accounts
- Joint accounts must also be in your name, not just your partner's name

Address Mismatch
- The address on your dub account must match your current bank statement address
- Recently moved? Your bank address may need to be updated first

Account Type Mismatch
- Personal dub accounts can only link to personal bank accounts
- Business bank accounts cannot be linked to personal dub accounts
How to Fix This

Check Your Bank Account Information
- Log into your bank's website/app
- Verify your name and address are current
- Note that bank information updates can take 1-2 business days to process

Try Linking Again
- After confirming all information matches, try linking your bank account again
- Use the same bank account that matches your dub account information
