Our clearing broker, Apex Clearing, will be conducting scheduled business continuity testing on Saturday, March 08, 2025, from 7:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET.
Why is this happening?
This testing is part of Apex's routine procedures to ensure the reliability and resilience of their systems, which in turn helps us provide you with a more stable and secure service.
How will this affect my dub account?
During this time, you may experience the following limitations on an intermittent basis:
- Inability to place new trades or copy new portfolios
- Delays in updating account balances and portfolio values
- Temporary unavailability of deposit and withdrawal functions
- Limited access to historical transaction data (statements and confirms)
Can I still log in to my dub account during the outage?
Yes, you can log in to your account, but some features and data may be unavailable or not up-to-date.
Will my existing investments be affected?
No, your existing investments and copied portfolios will not be affected. However, you may not see real-time updates to their values during the outage period.
What should I do if I need to make urgent changes to my account?
