Please note that dub Support cannot edit or cancel your subscription on your behalf with Apple, given Apple Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple.

How do I cancel my dub subscription?
- Open the dub app and tap on the word "Premium" on the top right corner.
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What happens to my account after I cancel my subscription?
- You will retain full access to your account until your current billing period or trial ends.
- You will be required to liquidate your portfolios after your subscription has expired; however, you will always be able to withdraw your funds regardless of your subscription status.
- You won't be able to make new investments or copy new portfolios without an active subscription.
2. Liquidate Your Holdings and Withdrawal All Your Cash

How do I withdraw funds from my dub account?
- Go to Settings on the app Home Page by clicking the user profile icon.
- Click on Bank Transfers.
- Click Transfer, then Transfer to Your Bank.
- Enter the amount to withdraw and tap Submit.

When will my funds be available for withdrawal after depositing?
- There's a mandatory settlement period of 5 business days for all deposits. This period starts from the next business day after your deposit. During this time, even available cash cannot be withdrawn.
- Invested cash is not able to be withdrawn, all portfolios will need to be liquidated before withdrawal. You must wait one business day after liquidations to withdraw cash.

How long does it take for withdrawn funds to appear in my bank account?
- Withdrawals can take 2-5 business days to show up in your bank account.

How do I close my dub account?
- Navigate to 'Settings' by tapping on the user profile icon in the top right corner of the dub Home Page.
- Scroll down to find the 'Danger Zone' section.
- Select 'Close Account,' and follow the prompts.

- Ensure all your holdings are sold or liquidated.
- Withdraw any remaining funds to your linked bank account.

- Account closure is typically processed within two business days upon request.
- You will receive a confirmation email from dub Client Services once the closure is complete.

- There are no fees associated with closing your dub account.

Can I access my statements and tax forms after closing my account?
- We will contact you when tax documents are ready for the year, even after account closure (if applicable).
- If you need access to any statements or other documents after closing your account, please reach out to our support team.
- We strongly encourage you to download any important documents before closing your account to ensure you have easy access to them in the future.

Can I reopen my account after closing it?
- Reopening a closed account is not an automated process.
- Contact dub Client Services to initiate the account reopening process.

- Certain data must be retained by dub to comply with relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
