dub Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 15, 2024

Program Description: The dub Referral Program ("Program") allows existing customers ("Referrers") to refer individuals ("Referred Customers") to DASTA Financial, LLC ("dub") and earn rewards for successful referrals.

How the Referral Program Works:

For each referral that an existing customer provides that results in a deposit of at least $100, which cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after such deposit, the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive $20 to invest in any portfolio on the app. The referral reward will only be eligible for distribution after the Referred Customer has maintained an account with dub for at least 30 days. If after 60 days $20 is not invested, dub reserves the right to take back that reward from the Referrer or Referred Customer. If during the period before the 90 days the referred customer withdraws the $100, dub has the right to take back the $20 dollars from the Referrer or Referred Customer. The program will start on June 15th, 2024, and run through the end of August 31st, 2024.

Eligibility:

Participation in the Referral Program is open to all dub customers with a valid brokerage account. Customers must be U.S. residents residing within the United States and otherwise qualified to open a dub brokerage account. Employees or contractors or people affiliated with dub or members of their household are not eligible for this offer. Employees of any securities or regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible for this offer.

Referral Process:

Customers may only refer people with whom they have a direct, personal relationship. Customers may not share their referral code or otherwise solicit anyone through spamming, commercial advertising, or other similar means.

Reward Limit:

Customers may earn up to $500 through the Referral Program. Once a customer has received $500 of rewards, they may no longer be eligible to participate in any reward programs, though their referral link will remain valid.

Reward Disqualification:

Any account that incurs an ACH reversal fee or debit card chargeback will be disqualified from the Referral Program and may be disqualified from any other promotional offers.

Portfolio Selection:

dub reserves the right to update the list of portfolios eligible for investment through this program.

Privacy Waiver:

Participation in the Referral Program serves as a one-time, limited waiver of privacy rights by both the Referrer and Referee, pursuant to which each may become aware that the other has an account relationship with dub.

Changes and Termination:

dub reserves the right to decline requests for the Referral Program and revoke or rescind any reward at its discretion. There is no guarantee that the offer will be paid, and dub reserves the right to change or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without notice.
