dub imposes a minimum investment requirement of $1 per asset order, applicable across all transactions on the platform, including initial investments, rebalances, and syncing. This means that each underlying order within a portfolio, regardless of the context, must meet or exceed this $1 minimum threshold.
For instance, if you wish to create a portfolio comprising four assets with equal weightings, the minimum investment for that portfolio would be $4.
To ensure compliance with these minimums, we have established the following guardrails:
- Each portfolio is limited to a maximum of 20 assets.
- Each asset within a portfolio must have a minimum allocation of 5%.
- Portfolio rebalance orders are only executed if there is a change of greater than 2% in a asset's weight.
- When syncing a copied portfolio, the difference between your portfolio and the creator's must exceed 2%.
**There are no minimum trade requirements for full portfolio liquidations.
These measures are in place to ensure that investments on dub comply with the specified minimums and maintain portfolio integrity.
